This report takes the event you're planning and the date range you can work within, and returns the top three windows in that range, each with its full panchanga, the rising lagna at the chosen time, the event-specific checks that matter, and the contra-indications we screened out. It is practical and decisive: dates and times you can actually book around.
A good muhurta is more than "an auspicious day." We weigh the five panchanga limbs (tithi, nakshatra, yoga, karana, vara), the strength and nature of the rising lagna and its lord, the Moon's condition, and we avoid the standard blemishes — tithi-kshaya, panchaka, bhadra/vishti karana, the inauspicious yogas, gandanta, and the daily/weekly inauspicious segments (rahu-kalam, yamaganda, gulika, dur-muhurta). We also align the choice with your own chart so the moment suits you, not just the calendar.
Honest as always: if your date range is genuinely poor for the event, we tell you, give you the least-bad options and point to a better window just outside the range so you can decide whether to wait. We will not dress up a weak muhurta as a strong one.

Three ranked auspicious windows within the range you specify, each given as a date plus a precise time band (and the lagna that rises during it). Ranked, with a one-line reason each — so you have a first choice and two fallbacks for scheduling reality.
Panchanga components at each window
For every recommended window, the full panchanga: tithi, nakshatra (and pada), yoga, karana, and vara (weekday) — with a note on why each is suitable for your event (e.g. the nakshatra's gana and nature, the tithi's classification, the weekday's planetary lord).
Rising lagna at each window
The ascendant rising during each window and the condition of the lagna and its lord at that time, plus the Moon's placement — because a clean panchanga over a weak rising lagna is not a strong muhurta, and we choose times where both hold.
Contra-indications screened
A transparent list of the blemishes we checked and avoided: rahu-kalam / yamaganda / gulika-kalam, dur-muhurta, the inauspicious yogas (vyatipata, vaidhriti, etc.), bhadra/vishti karana, panchaka, gandanta, tithi-kshaya, and any event-specific prohibitions — so you can see why other dates in your range were rejected.
Event-specific special checks
The classical checks particular to your event: for marriage — abhijit, the suitable nakshatras (rohini, mrigashira, magha, etc.), guru/shukra astangata (combustion of Jupiter/Venus, which traditionally pauses weddings), and the bride/groom Moon considerations; for business/signing — strong 10th/11th and a benefic-fortified lagna; for griha-pravesh — appropriate masa/nakshatra and avoidance of inauspicious months; vehicle/property purchase, journey, medical procedure, naming and others as applicable.

Frequently asked
- There's no good date in my range — then what?
- We give you the least-blemished options within the range and clearly flag a better window just outside it, with the reason, so you can choose between convenience and a stronger start. We won't pretend a poor date is auspicious.
- Why do you need the event city?
- Sunrise, the rising lagna, and segments like rahu-kalam all shift by location. A muhurta computed for the wrong city can be off by a meaningful margin, so we localise to where the event actually happens.
- My astrologer/priest already gave a date — can you verify it?
- Yes. Tell us the date and time and we'll evaluate its panchanga, lagna and event-specific checks, and either confirm it or explain our reservations and offer alternatives within your range.
- What's not included?
- We choose a moment from the date range and city you give; if the range is genuinely unfavourable we'll say so and suggest a better window outside it, but we won't fabricate a strong muhurta from a weak range.
- A muhurta optimises the start; it does not guarantee the outcome of the venture.
- For multi-person events we align charts only if you provide each person's birth data.
- Times are localised to the event city you specify; an incorrect city or birth time will affect the result.
