  3. Add the birth date, birth time and birth place of the person the session is about — a session cannot be booked without them. If the birth time is unknown, you can mark it unknown.
  4. Book a slot, or send a connect-now request when the astrologer is online. You need at least 5 minutes of balance to start a session.
  5. Chat live. The clock runs only on active chat — it pauses when either side disconnects or the conversation idles for more than 90 seconds, and paused time is never billed.
  6. When the session ends, the total is rounded up to the next whole minute. Leftover minutes stay in your account for your next session.
