Refund Policy

5 days, no questions asked.

If you are not happy with your purchase, email us within 5 days of the order date and we refund you in full. We do not ask for a reason.

How to request a refund

  1. Send an email to [email protected].
  2. Use the subject line Refund for order number [order_number] — replace [order_number] with the order ID from your confirmation email or your account page.
  3. Send the email from the address you used to place the order, so we can match it to your account.

That is the whole process. You do not need to explain why. You do not need to fill in a form.

Window

Refund requests must reach us within 5 calendar days of the order date. Requests received after the window are reviewed case-by-case but are not guaranteed.

Processing time

Where the money goes

Refunds are credited to the original payment instrument — the same card, UPI ID, or bank account you paid from. We cannot refund to a different account, because Indian payment-aggregator rules and our processors (Razorpay, Stripe) require the credit path to mirror the debit path.

Free tools

Our free tools (panchang, kundli, kundli-milan, numerology, festival calendars, etc.) are free. There is nothing to refund.

Chargebacks

Because our policy is 5 days no-questions-asked, please email us at [email protected] before filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We will almost certainly resolve it faster than a chargeback can.

Disputes

If we cannot agree, you may escalate the dispute as described in our Terms of Service. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 of India.
