Terms of Service

These Terms are a legally binding contract between you and DATCRAZY LLP (GSTIN 22AASFD4221E1ZU, registered at 105, MM Silver Plaza, G.E. Road, Raipur, Chhattisgarh - 492001), the operator of Kundlit (https://kundlit.com). By using this site you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. The service

Kundlit provides two categories of service:

• Free tools — computational utilities (panchang, janam-kundali, kundli-milan, numerology calculators, festival calendars, etc.) that you may use without an account.
• Paid reports and consultations — written astrological readings and related digital deliverables, ordered through the catalog and paid for in advance.

2. Nature of the service — disclaimer

Vedic astrology is a traditional system of interpretation. Everything we publish — free or paid — is offered for personal, cultural and informational use only. It is not, and must not be relied upon as, medical, legal, financial, psychological, or any other regulated professional advice. For any regulated decision (a medical diagnosis, a legal dispute, an investment, a relationship intervention) please consult a qualified professional in that field. DATCRAZY LLP disclaims liability for any decision you take in reliance on a reading. Our readings, reports, chat and consultation aids are prepared with the assistance of proprietary AI systems operated by us. Like any interpretive system, they can occasionally make mistakes or produce incomplete output. Such errors do not by themselves entitle you to a refund; refunds are governed solely by Section 6 and the Refund Policy.

3. Your account

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to create an account or place an order.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
• You will provide accurate birth details — the quality of the reading depends on it. We are not liable for inaccuracies caused by wrong inputs.
• You will not use the service to harass, defame, impersonate, or unlawfully target anyone.

4. Payment, GST and currency

• All prices on the site are GST-inclusive at the statutory rate (currently 18%, SAC 9983).
• Indian customers are billed in INR. International customers may be charged in their local currency via Stripe; conversion is performed by their card issuer.
• Tax invoices are issued by DATCRAZY LLP from Chhattisgarh (state code 22); CGST + SGST applies to intra-state buyers, IGST to inter-state and export buyers.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay (India) and Stripe (international). We do not store card or UPI credentials.

5. Delivery

Free tools deliver instantly in the browser. Paid reports are delivered as PDF downloads through your account, and by email, within the timeframe stated on the order page (typically 4-7 days from a confirmed payment). If we cannot deliver within the stated window we will email you with a revised estimate or a full refund.

6. Refunds

Orders are final once placed. We refund only if we cannot deliver your order, or if you were charged in error or more than once. The full policy is on the Refund Policy page and forms part of these Terms. Occasional mistakes or imperfections in AI-assisted output are not a failure to deliver and do not qualify for a refund.

7. Intellectual property

• The site, its source code, layout, the Kundlit brand and logo, and all original written content are © DATCRAZY LLP. You may not copy, scrape, or republish them without written permission.
• The classical Sanskrit texts we quote (Brihat Parashara Hora Shastra, Phaladeepika, Brihat Jataka, Saravali, Hora Sara and others) are in the public domain. Our editorial selection, translation choices, formatting and citation apparatus are not.
• The personalised reading we deliver to you on a paid order is yours to keep and use personally. You may not resell it, redistribute it commercially, or train an AI model on it.

8. Acceptable use

You will not (a) scrape the site at a rate or volume that interferes with normal use, (b) reverse engineer our computation engine, (c) attempt to bypass paywalls or rate limits, (d) submit content that is unlawful in India, (e) use the service to predict outcomes of elections, regulated games of chance, or other restricted matters under Indian law, or (f) embed our free tools on a site that violates these Terms.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of DATCRAZY LLP for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time from your account page or by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, after giving you reasonable notice and a chance to cure (unless the breach is one we are not lawfully required to notify, e.g. fraud, abuse, or court order).

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer-protection rights, the courts at Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new effective date at least seven (7) days before they take effect. Continued use of the site after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
