What we deliver
- Free tools (panchang, janam-kundli, kundli-milan, numerology, festival calendars, and others) — deliver instantly in your browser as soon as you submit the form. Nothing is shipped.
- Paid reports and readings — delivered as a PDF download through your account page. We send a secure download link to your order email address.
- Live consultations use voice or video. For Deep Kundali, our team calls after your report arrives. We fix a time for your 30-45 minute call. No travel or shipment is involved.
T-shirt shipping and size exchanges
T-shirts ship within India with free shipping. Dispatch is in 3-4 working days; this is not a courier delivery estimate.
A size exchange is possible on request. Email support with your order number and the size you need. Our team confirms size availability, return instructions and any shipping costs before arranging the exchange. Do not send the T-shirt back before receiving those instructions. Exchanges are handled by our team, not automatically through the website. [email protected]
Delivery timeline
Each paid offering states its delivery window on the order page. Our standard service-level agreement (SLA) is 4-7 days from confirmed payment. This is a uniform window: every written report — from a single-dosha check to the flagship Deep Kundali Dive-In — is prepared by your chosen astrologer and grounded in the cited method, and we would rather state one honest window than a fast one we miss. The window applicable to your order is the one printed on the order page at the time of purchase and on your order confirmation email.
How to receive your delivery
- Place your order and complete payment through Razorpay. International customers are billed in INR; your card issuer may apply its own conversion rate or fees.
- You will receive an order confirmation email within minutes, including your order number and the expected delivery time.
- When your report is ready, we email a secure PDF download link. Download it from your account at kundlit.com/account. You can download it as many times as you like.
- For Deep Kundali, our team calls after your report arrives. We fix a time for your 30-45 minute call.
Delivery to international customers
For written readings and digital deliverables, delivery is electronic; this policy does not impose customs duties, import taxes, or shipping charges on those digital deliverables. Customers outside India get the same PDF. We email a secure download link. Account downloads work the same way.
Shipping charges
There are no shipping or delivery charges for written readings and digital deliverables. The price shown on the order page is the total amount you pay, inclusive of 18% GST (SAC 9983).
If delivery is delayed
If we need more time, we email you before your delivery window closes. Our team follows up with a revised date. You can accept the new date or ask for a full refund. See the Refund Policy for the refund process.
If you do not receive your delivery
First, check your spam or promotions folder for an email from kundlit.com and sign in to your account page to verify the PDF is not already available there. If you still cannot find it after the delivery window has elapsed, email [email protected] with your order number and we will resolve it within forty-eight (48) hours.
Cancellation and refunds
Orders are final once placed; we refund only if we cannot deliver, or for an erroneous or duplicate charge. See the Cancellation Policy and the Refund Policy for full details.
