Digital delivery only. No physical shipping.

Kundlit is a software service. Everything we sell is delivered electronically — by email and through your account on https://kundlit.com. We do not ship any physical goods.

What we deliver

Free tools (panchang, janam-kundli, kundli-milan, numerology, festival calendars, and others) — deliver instantly in your browser as soon as you submit the form. Nothing is shipped.
Paid reports and readings — delivered as a PDF download through your account page and emailed to the address on the order.
Live consultations, where included in an offering, are scheduled by email after the PDF is delivered and conducted by voice or video call. No physical travel or shipment is involved.

Delivery timeline

Each paid offering states its delivery window on the order page. Our standard service-level agreement (SLA) is 24 hours from confirmed payment. Flagship and deep-research offerings (for example the Deep Kundali Dive-In) state a longer window — up to seven (7) days — because they involve a multi-day study by hand. The window applicable to your order is the one printed on the order page at the time of purchase and on your order confirmation email.

How to receive your delivery

Place your order and complete payment through Razorpay (India) or Stripe (international).
You will receive an order confirmation email within minutes, including your order number and the expected delivery time.
Once your report is ready, we email the PDF to the order email address and publish it to your account at kundlit.com/account, where you can download it as many times as you like.
If a live consultation is included, we email you to schedule it once the PDF has been delivered.

Delivery to international customers

Because delivery is electronic, there are no customs duties, import taxes, or shipping charges of any kind — in India or anywhere else. International customers receive the same PDF, by the same email and account download, as Indian customers.

Shipping charges

There are no shipping or delivery charges. The price shown on the order page is the total amount you pay, inclusive of 18% GST (SAC 9983).

If delivery is delayed

If we cannot deliver within the window printed on your order page, we will email you with a revised estimate before the window closes. You may, at your sole option, accept the revised window or request a full refund — see the Refund Policy for the refund process.

If you do not receive your delivery

First, check your spam or promotions folder for an email from kundlit.com and sign in to your account page to verify the PDF is not already available there. If you still cannot find it after the delivery window has elapsed, email [email protected] with your order number and we will resolve it within forty-eight (48) hours.

Cancellation and refunds

Orders may be cancelled before fulfilment begins, and our standard refund window of 5 days, no questions asked applies after delivery. See the Cancellation Policy and the Refund Policy for full details.
