Kundlit is a software service. Everything we sell is delivered electronically — by email and through your account on https://kundlit.com. We do not ship any physical goods.
Each paid offering states its delivery window on the order page. Our standard service-level agreement (SLA) is 4-7 days from confirmed payment. This is a uniform window: every written report — from a single-dosha check to the flagship Deep Kundali Dive-In — is read, written and reviewed by hand, and we would rather state one honest window than a fast one we miss. The window applicable to your order is the one printed on the order page at the time of purchase and on your order confirmation email.
Because delivery is electronic, there are no customs duties, import taxes, or shipping charges of any kind — in India or anywhere else. International customers receive the same PDF, by the same email and account download, as Indian customers.
There are no shipping or delivery charges. The price shown on the order page is the total amount you pay, inclusive of 18% GST (SAC 9983).
If we cannot deliver within the window printed on your order page, we will email you with a revised estimate before the window closes. You may, at your sole option, accept the revised window or request a full refund — see the Refund Policy for the refund process.
First, check your spam or promotions folder for an email from kundlit.com and sign in to your account page to verify the PDF is not already available there. If you still cannot find it after the delivery window has elapsed, email [email protected] with your order number and we will resolve it within forty-eight (48) hours.
Orders are final once placed; we refund only if we cannot deliver, or for an erroneous or duplicate charge. See the Cancellation Policy and the Refund Policy for full details.
