Cancel any time before fulfilment starts. Full refund.

If you change your mind, email us before we begin the reading and we will cancel the order and refund you in full. After delivery, our 5-day no-questions-asked refund policy applies.

Free tools

Our free tools (panchang, janam-kundli, kundli-milan, numerology, festival calendars, etc.) cost nothing. There is no order to cancel and nothing to refund.

Paid orders — before fulfilment begins

Once you place a paid order it enters a short preparation window before the astrologer begins the reading. You may cancel for a full refund any time during that window by emailing [email protected] with the subject Cancel order [order_number] — replace [order_number] with the order ID from your confirmation email or your account page. Send the email from the address you used to place the order.

If we have not yet begun work on your reading when the email reaches us, the order is cancelled and a full refund is initiated within five (5) business days.

Paid orders — after fulfilment has begun or completed

Because each reading is researched and written by hand against the classical texts, once work has begun the order can no longer be cancelled in the simple sense above. From that point our standard 5-day, no-questions-asked refund policy applies instead: if you are unhappy with the delivered reading, email us within 5 days of the order date and we refund you in full. Cancellations initiated by us

In rare cases we may need to cancel an order from our side — for example if the birth data cannot be verified or rectified to a usable accuracy, if the request falls outside our scope (we do not produce readings that predict death, election outcomes, or other restricted matters under Indian law — see the Terms of Service), or if we cannot deliver within the published window. In every such case we email you before cancelling and refund the full amount paid.

Where the money goes

Refunds for cancelled orders are credited to the original payment instrument — the same card, UPI ID, or bank account you paid from. We cannot refund to a different account, because Indian payment-aggregator rules and our processors (Razorpay, Stripe) require the credit path to mirror the debit path.

Processing time

We acknowledge your cancellation email within forty-eight (48) hours (usually much faster).
We initiate the refund with our payment processor within five (5) business days of acknowledgement.
The money typically lands back on the original payment method within five to ten (5–10) business days of initiation. The exact time depends on your bank or card issuer — we do not control it.
