Delete your Kundlit account

In the Kundlit app

1. Open the Kundlit app and sign in.
2. Go to Account > Delete account.
3. Type your email address to confirm. Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out.

On this website

Sign in, check what you would lose, tick the box, type your email and press Delete. Your account is deleted straight away.

By email

Email [email protected] from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We reply within thirty (30) days. We only act on a request sent from the account’s own email address.

What is deleted

• Your account and sign-in details.
• Your saved birth details (saved charts).
• Your AI chat conversations (the free chat and any paid AI questions), and our AI system's copy of your AI chats.
• Marketing email to your address stops.
• Any unused balance, such as AI chat money (bought or free) or AI questions, is lost. It is not refunded.

What we keep

• Orders and invoices, for the eight (8) years Indian tax law requires, with the messages about each order and the birth details given for it.
• Paid consultations (with an astrologer or the AI astrologer) with their chat transcripts, your question credit records and readings we sent you by link, no longer linked to your account.
• Support messages and email delivery logs, for service and legal records.

Deleting your account does not cancel or refund anything bought through Google Play; Google Play purchases and refunds are handled by Google Play.
