Zodiacal Releasing divides life into sign-based periods at four levels. Vettius Valens describes it in Anthologies, Book IV. This calculator starts from the chart's body-and-income point (Lot of Fortune).
Fortune periods cover body, income and daily life in this tradition. Spirit periods cover career, action and reputation. This tool calculates Fortune only, not Spirit.
Level 1 gives long life chapters. Levels 2, 3 and 4 give shorter stretches within them. The timeline shows main periods; the result card shows the current period at every level.
High points are signs, not dates. Valens names signs counted from Fortune as stronger parts of the sequence. A major shift to the opposite sign is called loosing of the bond. The table marks these shifts.
This method uses sign-based periods starting from a calculated chart point. Vedic planet-ruled periods start from the Moon's birth position and follow different lengths. Use the Dasha Calculator for the Vedic version.
