These are real sections from reports we have delivered — names and birth data redacted. Your report is written fresh from your own chart.

Drawn from the classical corpus
- बृहत्पाराशरहोराशास्त्रBrihat Parashara Hora Shastra — on grahas, bhavas & dashas
- फलदीपिकाPhaladeepika (Mantreswara) — on yogas & results

The reading
Every parent eventually asks the same questions: why does this child respond this way, what are they actually built for, and am I helping or getting in the way? A Parent & Child Reading puts both charts side by side to answer from the shastra rather than from guesswork. We read the child's chart in its own right — temperament, learning style, the karakas of mind and fortune — and the parent's chart's parenting signature: the 5th house (children) from the parent's side, the 4th/9th (mother/father) from the child's side, and how the two Moons relate.
Then the timeline: a child's dasha sequence and the parent's run simultaneously, and the report maps them on one calendar — the child's formative windows, exam-year pressure periods, and the stretches where the parent's own chart is carried enough to carry someone else.
The reading is written for the parent, in plain language, and it is honest: where the bond is naturally easy we say so, and where the charts show recurring friction we name it as structure — not blame — with what the texts suggest actually helps.
What's included
The child's chart, read in its own right
Lagna, Moon and Mercury for temperament and mind, the 4th/5th houses for learning style, and the chart's genuine strengths — what this child is built for, as the chart shows it, separated from what anyone hopes it shows.
The bond, from both directions
The parent's 5th house and its lord (children, from the parent's side) and the child's 4th or 9th and its lord (mother or father, from the child's side), plus the Moon-to-Moon relationship — where understanding flows easily and where the wiring genuinely differs.
The overlay
Each chart's planets placed onto the other's houses: what the parent's Saturn does in the child's 5th, what the child's Jupiter does in the parent's lagna. The recurring dynamics of the household usually live here.
Two dashas, one calendar
The child's formative dasha windows and the parent's concurrent periods mapped together for the years ahead — including the supportive stretches worth using deliberately and the windows to move gently in.
Practical guidance for this child
A closing section written as parenting guidance the shastra can actually back: how this child learns, what pressure does to this particular chart, which encouragement lands, and proportionate classical remedies where relevant.
Two follow-up questions
After you receive the report, you may ask two follow-up questions by message or email, and we will answer them to clarify anything in your reading.
At a glance
Best suited for
- Parents who want to understand a child's temperament and abilities as the chart shows them
- Parent-child pairs with recurring friction who want it read as structure, not blame
- Parents timing decisions for a child — school changes, streams, moves — against both charts
- Grandparents or guardians raising a child (any parent-figure works as the 'parent' chart)
How it works
- You place the order and complete the intake for both charts; we confirm both sets of birth data.
- We read the child's chart in its own right, then the bond from both directions with the overlay.
- We map both dashas onto one calendar and write the guidance, reviewed by hand against the classical texts.
- PDF delivered to your email within 24 hours.

Frequently asked
- What age does the child need to be?
- Any age with a recorded birth time works. For very young children the reading leans on temperament, formative windows and parenting guidance; for teenagers it can weigh education and direction questions directly.
- Can both parents be included?
- This reading is one parent + one child, read deeply, and either parent works. For a whole-family read across three charts, a Family Field Reading is planned — until then, order a second Parent & Child Reading for the other parent.
- My child and I clash constantly — will this help?
- That is the most common reason people order it. The overlay and Moon-to-Moon sections usually show the clash as two differently-wired charts doing exactly what they are built to do — and naming the structure, with its timing, changes how you meet it.
- Is this the same as a Santan Yog report?
- No. Santan/childbirth timing is for parents expecting or planning a child. This reading is for a child who is already here, and the bond you are raising them inside.
- What's not included?
- This is not a medical, psychological or educational assessment; it is a Jyotish reading.
- We do not predict or label a child's future rigidly — formative charts are read as tendencies and windows.
- We do not sell gemstones, yantras or remedial pujas.
- Conclusions depend on the accuracy of both birth times; uncertain times are flagged.
