These terms and conditions govern participation in the Kundlit affiliate program operated by DATCRAZY LLP (registered office: Chhattisgarh).
The program is a commission arrangement, not employment, agency, or partnership. Affiliates are independent; Kundlit may terminate any affiliate at any time, with or without notice, at its sole discretion. Affiliate accounts are non-transferable.
Participants must be at least 18 and comply with all applicable laws. Each person may hold only one affiliate account. Kundlit may reject or revoke participation for any reason.
Commission is 10% of the paid order value for orders attributed to the affiliate's referral link or discount code, except: (a) orders that are refunded, cancelled, or never paid; (b) orders where the commission has already been settled or reversed; (c) as adjusted per clause 4. Commission accrues only on paid, non-refunded orders and is paid at month end through the admin batch. An order is attributed by referral link or by discount code: a click on an affiliate's referral link sets a 90-day, first-touch cookie, and the first affiliate to refer a buyer's email address retains that buyer for all of the buyer's future orders; a later referral of the same buyer earns nothing. A buyer is referred when they place their first order or verify a new account while carrying the affiliate's link, whichever happens first.
No commission on orders where the buyer is the affiliate themselves, their household members, employees, or anyone acting on their behalf. Creating multiple accounts, using bots or fake traffic, incentivizing self-signups, or otherwise manufacturing sales is prohibited and results in forfeiture of all accrued and future commission.
Affiliates may not: buy ads or bid on Kundlit brand keywords; misrepresent Kundlit products or earnings; spam (including unsolicited messaging on Reddit or elsewhere); use misleading or deceptive content to drive clicks; copy or republish Kundlit content or branding in ways that imply affiliation or endorsement beyond this program.
Kundlit makes no representation about potential earnings. Affiliate earnings depend entirely on genuine sales. Past performance is not indicative.
Commission is paid monthly at month end for the preceding month via the admin settlement batch. Payout details (UPI/bank) must be valid and current; Kundlit is not liable for payments to stale details. Kundlit may withhold payment where fraud or a violation is under investigation, pending resolution.
Affiliates are solely responsible for taxes on commission received, including any GST, income tax, or TDS obligations under Indian law. Kundlit may deduct tax at source where required by law.
Affiliate discount codes remain Kundlit property and may be disabled or changed at any time. A coupon's own terms (limits, exclusions, expiry) apply.
Affiliates receive aggregate statistics only, never buyer personal data. Affiliates must not collect or store Kundlit customer information.
The program is provided "as is". Kundlit's aggregate liability for any claim relating to the program is limited to commission accrued but unpaid. Kundlit is not liable for downtime, service interruptions, or lost opportunities.
Kundlit may amend these terms at any time; continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of India; disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chhattisgarh.
Headings are for convenience. If any clause is unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
This addendum (version venues-2026-09-05) applies to affiliates that join as a restaurant, cafe or other venue. A venue is an independent affiliate and not an agent, partner or representative of Kundlit. Kundlit pays the venue only. The venue is solely responsible for any payment it chooses to make to its staff and for any employment, tax or other consequence of doing so. Staff statements and dashboards are informational and create no obligation on Kundlit towards staff.
Commission is calculated on the gross value of paid orders attributed to the venue's short link or code, at the rate shown at signup and in the dashboard, in place of the rate in clause 3. Refunded orders reverse the commission. A guest is attributed to the venue when they first place an order or first verify an account after opening the venue's link; the first venue or affiliate link a guest used keeps that guest. Payouts are made at month end in Indian rupees to the details the venue keeps in its dashboard; approximate values in other currencies are indicative only, and any exchange, bank or tax cost of an international transfer is borne as the law and the receiving bank determine.
Venue and staff contact details are used to send statements, programme emails and printed materials, and for nothing else; non-transactional emails carry an unsubscribe link. Either side may stop at any time: the venue by asking us to pause its account, Kundlit as set out in clause 1. Commission already accrued on paid, non-refunded orders is paid at the next month end.
